Payment Methods
Since Iceland offer Manufacture Direct Low price. We accept cash for local pick up and accept PAYPAL, VISA/MASTERCARD or C.O.D. certify cheque/cash payment only.
During the CHECKOUT process, your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. This information is used as a part of the validation and authorization process of your credit card. It is important that you include your daytime telephone number and email address in order for us to contact you about your order.
Sales Tax
During the checkout process, your order will be reviewed to determine the applicable taxing jurisdiction(s) and possible product category exemptions. We will display your total purchase amount, including the applicable sales tax.
Shipping and Handling Charges
FOR THE BULK ITEMS, WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN CANADA AND/OR USA DESTINATIONS!
Please indicate your shipping method or we will ship your purchase to you by either CANPAR, UPS or Canada Post whichever is best rate for your destination.
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Some orders may require more time to process, depending upon when we receive authorization on your credit card.
Please note different shipping company charges different C.O.D fee, if you pay by C.O.D.
Total price and shipping charges does not include the Custom duties and fee/taxes, fines, interest or other levies imposed by different Country importing policy. Purchaser have the own option to purchase shipping insurance, Iceland Sports World will not be responsible for the damage/lost item due to shipping company if the purchaser did not purchase the shipping insurance! It is purchaser's responsibility to provide importing documents required by their own country Custom Office and fee/taxes or other levies imposed by different Country importing policy.

Drop-Ship
Yes, we sell to online businesses. We can drop ship to your accounts wherever they might be. Freight charges will be added to your invoice.
Backorders & Partial Shipments
Every effort is made to ship orders complete. In the unlikely event that an item is on backorder.
If an item is on backorder, you will be notified of the expected date of delivery. You may add any new order at that time.

Returns
We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange items at resalable and/or unopened condition through Iceland Sports World easily within 3 days of receiving your merchandise. Contact us through e-mail: info@icelandsportsworld.com regarding a return or exchange. Then fill up a Return Form, send us the products prepaid shipping and we will gladly return your money minus shipping, handling fee and 20% restocking fee.
No return or exchange for footcare, undergarment, Pre-Order items, special order items and tights. Only accept item that is in the original package, an unopened package, an undamaged and a resalable condition.
Limit Manufacture Warranty
We offer 1 year limit warranty for all health, spa and beauty furniture from the date of purchase with original receipt. The item has to be prepaid shipping to and from the warehouse. The warranty does not cover the commercial use, use other than normal wear and tear, improper operation and maintenance, accident, abuse, labour, shipping charges and use and wear items such as surface cover materials, brakes, fuses, tires and etc...
We offer 6 months limit warranty for all health, spa and beauty equipment that has electrical components from the date of purchase with original receipt. The item has to be prepaid shipping to and from the warehouse.
